Tilapia fillets
3/4 tablespoons lemon juice per fillet
1/4 tablespoon melted butter per fillet, melted
1 clove chopped garlic per filet, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley per fillet
1/4 cup frozen spinach per fillet
Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • Prepare needed amount of spinach per packaging
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  • Rinse tilapia fillets and pat dry
  • Place fillets in baking dish
  • Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle butter on top
  • Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, pepper, and sea salt
  • Cover fillet with spinach
  • Sprinkle cheese over spinach
  • Bake until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.
