Ingredients
Tilapia fillets
3/4 tablespoons lemon juice per fillet
1/4 tablespoon melted butter per fillet, melted
1 clove chopped garlic per filet, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley per fillet
1/4 cup frozen spinach per fillet
Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Prepare needed amount of spinach per packaging
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
- Rinse tilapia fillets and pat dry
- Place fillets in baking dish
- Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle butter on top
- Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, pepper, and sea salt
- Cover fillet with spinach
- Sprinkle cheese over spinach
- Bake until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.
