Lime-basil Tilapia

Ingredients

3 or 4 tilapia fillets

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (save some zest)

1 tablespoon butter, melted

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon dried basil

Fresh cracked pepper to taste

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking dish. Rinse tilapia and pat dry with. Place tilapia in baking dish. Pour lime juice over tilapia, and then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, basil, zest, and pepper. Bake in preheated oven until for a half hour or until fish is done (white and flakey).
